The first warp is rinsed and ready to be put on the loom. It is stored in a crochet chain until I am ready to put it on the loom. This is the Rainbow warp. After it is put on the loom I will weave a sampler using different weft yarns to see what color yarn works best with all the warp colors.

Hi, Judy,
ReplyDeleteJeff sent me your website and I have just viewed all your postings.
The process for making your scarves is impressive! I will refer folks to it.
There are a couple of shows in my town that might work for you. In the fall there is a Fiber Arts Show at the old Town Hall organized by a local weaver. I did a lot of my Christmas shopping there last year. In the spring the town library sponsors a crafts fair on the Saturday of Mother's Day weekend. It is always well attended. People anticipate it and buy--often last minute gifts for wives and mothers.
Let me get you some contact names for them both.
Joyce Simon
Thanks, Joyce. I would definitely like to have the info on the shows that you mentioned. Please e-mail me that information.
